For this exclusive E-commerce Leadership Dinner co-hosted by Shopify and Moustache Republic, Willow & Peony was commissioned to craft a floral styling concept that was elegant, original, and brand-aligned.
Set in the refined ambience of The French Café, the floral design was thoughtfully curated to reflect a sense of sophisticated hospitality with a fresh, contemporary twist.
Floral Styling with Layers of Intent
At the heart of each table sat a lush centrepiece arrangement composed of:

White lisianthus

Bishop’s flower

Softly toned cream and lemon gerberas
This arrangement brought airy romance and modern refinement to the core of the table, serving as the visual anchor for the dinner experience.
Flanking this centrepiece on both sides were Ikebana-style arrangements, designed to add sculptural interest and spatial rhythm without overwhelming the table’s functional elegance. These minimalist yet expressive compositions featured:

Their asymmetrical forms and deliberate use of space paid homage to traditional Ikebana principles, introducing a quiet drama that encouraged guests to pause and appreciate the art of floral storytelling.
A Sensory Layer: Fresh Fruit Meets Florals
To further enhance the table’s sensory appeal and deepen the visual narrative, we incorporated fresh seasonal fruits—limes, lemons, green grapes, figs, and pears—nestled among the florals. These elements added natural texture, warmth, and abundance, creating a setting that felt both inviting and indulgent.
A subtle but thoughtful branding detail: each pear was finished with a black ribbon tied at the stem, a delicate nod to Moustache Republic’s monochrome identity, seamlessly integrating the host’s visual language into the floral design.

This floral styling project was a beautiful example of our approach at Willow & Peony: crafting florals that do more than decorate—they evoke, connect, and elevate. From intentional flower choices to meaningful visual cues, every detail was designed to enrich the guest experience and reflect the values of the brands at the table.
